Administrative Responsibilities and Instructional Leadership. The principal shall have all administrative and instructional leadership responsibilities, under the supervision of the superintendent or designee, and in accordance with the present rules and regulations of the School Board, for the planning, management, operation, and evaluation of the educational program of the attendance area to which the principal is assigned. 4.6.1 The Principals' Forum shall make the principal appointments to those committees, exclusive of negotiation teams, which have any representatives who are appointed by other bargaining units. 4.6.2 Absent unusual or unforeseen circumstances, all formal evaluations of principals shall be done by his/her immediate supervisor.
