Administrative Responsibility. A. The parties mutually recognize that their first obligation is to the public and that the right of students and residents of the School District to the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the school is of paramount importance. B. Principals have a unique responsibility among School District employees to represent the School District in times of emergency and/or stress situations and to carry out the directives of the School District. C. Principals may have their work schedule modified during a work stoppage. Contract weeks will not be reduced during the contract year that a strike or work stoppage occurs.
