Administrative Records. The Construction Manager will maintain at the home office, on a current basis, files and records such as, but not limited to, the following: contracts; purchase orders; shop drawing submittals and logs; equipment purchase and delivery logs; contract drawings and specification with addenda; warranties and guarantees; accounting records; proposals and payment requests; meeting minutes; cost estimates; test reports; insurance and bonds; contract changes; design handbooks; as-built marked prints; O & M manuals; progress reports; correspondence; bid award and analysis information and punch lists. The project records shall be available at all times to the Owner and Architect/Engineer for reference, review, audit or copying.
Administrative Records. The School will maintain all administrative records, including student academic and personnel records, required by law and District policies and procedures, to the extent no waivers apply. In particular, the School shall maintain such student records as the District maintains through its student information applications and shall use the District’s student information data processing system to maintain such records. In addition, the School agrees to maintain all official personnel records including background checks and official documents verifying the qualification requirements for teachers and other applicable personnel under state and federal law, subject to any waivers obtained by the School. The School agrees to make all administrative and student records promptly available to the District upon request. a. The School shall comply with The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).
Administrative Records. (1) The Contractor shall maintain medical insurance files for each covered employee and each covered dependent including receipts and proof of paid claims, requests for claim reimbursements, and accounting of paid benefits with balances of amounts remaining in the annual per person reimbursement ceiling. (2) The Contractor shall provide the COR with the necessary claim forms for each type of benefit that can be claimed under the contract. These forms shall specify a list of documents required to be appended to each claim and otherwise provide instructions for claim filing. (3) The Contractor shall use the English spelling of the employees' names in all transactions, including reimbursement checks. (4) The Contractor shall send employee claim reimbursement checks to employees not later than two weeks after a claim is submitted.
