Administrator’s Right to Audit Employer’s Records. Employer agrees the Administrator may conduct an audit of Employer’s records at any time with proper notice in accordance with Bureau policies in effect on the date of notification. This audit is for reviewing Employer’s reporting and record keeping under the Contract, and whether additional premium, DWRF Assessment, or Administrative Assessment, may be due to the Administrator under this Contract.
