Common use of Admission Costs Clause in Contracts

Admission Costs. All costs associated with the addition of a new town to the Partnership shall be negotiated between the Commission and the proposed new town. Any costs borne by the Partnership to evaluate or implement the proposal shall be paid for by the proposing town. For all new treatment capacity requests or transfer of capacities among Member Towns, the buy-in cost shall include a negotiated payment representing recovery of the cost of the Common Partnership System up to that date and any additional expansion costs required to accommodate the flow request.
