Common use of Admission Policies Clause in Contracts

Admission Policies. A. Contractor shall develop patient/client admission policies, which are in writing and available to the public. B. Contractor’s admission policies shall adhere to policies that are compatible with Department of Behavioral Health service priorities, and Contractor shall admit clients according to procedures and time frames established by DBH. C. If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with the terms of Admission Policies Article, this Agreement may be subject to termination.
