Admonishment. Whenever the administrator believes that it is necessary to admonish the teacher for a reason he/she believes may lead to the teacher's dismissal or non-reemployment, the administrator shall do so in writing, clearly explaining to the teacher the reasons for the admonishment and the potential for dismissal or non-reemployment. The teacher will be asked to sign the letter of admonishment. This signature does not necessarily indicate agreement. 1. Any teacher who is the subject of a conference in which he/she may be the recipient of a reprimand and/or an admonishment shall be notified that such conference is disciplinary in nature and that the teacher has the right to witness. 2. When possible the teacher will be given twenty-four (24) hours’ notice of the scheduled disciplinary conference.
