Common use of Advance Disposal Fees (ADF) Clause in Contracts

Advance Disposal Fees (ADF). The Contract Administrator will routinely notify the Contractor regarding businesses or institutions that are not in compliance with the Mandatory Business Recycling Ordinance. The identified non-compliant businesses or institutions may be invoiced monthly by the Contractor for the Applicable ADF as defined and established by County Ordinance 07-25 and as directed by the Contract Administrator. The Contractor will discontinue invoicing a customer’s ADF when it becomes known to the Contractor that a customer is in compliance with County Ordinance 07-25.
