Commercial Vegetative Waste Collection Service. The Contractor shall provide commercial Vegetative Waste Collection services to all commercial entities desiring this service. Collection of Vegetative Waste from commercial entities is optional and shall be established based on the special needs of the commercial customers. Collection of Vegetative Waste from commercial customers shall not be exclusive to the Contractor. Vegetative waste collected from businesses and institutions shall be delivered in accordance with Section 13.
