Advance Notice of Return from Leave. An employee on leave for at least six (6) months shall be required to notify the Human Resources Office in writing not less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of leave, whether he/she desires to return to employment or to extend his/her leave. An employee not conforming to the notice requirement may have his/her employment terminated.
