Common use of Advance Notice Clause in Contracts

Advance Notice. The Employer will provide written notice and/or pay in lieu of notice to a regular employee who is to be laid off prior to the effective date of layoff according to one of the following provisions: (a) one week's notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after three consecutive months of employment; or (b) two weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after 12 consecutive months of employment; or (c) three weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after two consecutive years of employment, plus one additional week for each year of employment, to a maximum of eight weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice.

Advance Notice. ‌ The Employer will provide written notice and/or pay in lieu of notice to a regular employee who is to be laid off prior to the effective date of layoff according to one of the following provisions: (a) one week's notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after three consecutive months of employment; or (b) two weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after 12 consecutive months of employment; or (c) three weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after two consecutive years of employment, plus one additional week for each year of employment, to a maximum of eight weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice.

Advance Notice. The Employer will shall notify employees who are to be laid off sixty (60) calendar days prior to the effective date of layoff. The Employer shall provide written notice and/or pay in lieu of notice to a regular employee who is to be laid off prior to the effective date of layoff according to one of the following provisions: (a) one week's notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after three consecutive months of employment; or One (b1) two weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after 12 three (3) consecutive months of employment; (b) Two (2) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after twelve (12) consecutive months of employment; or (c) three Three (3) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after two twenty-four (24) consecutive years months of employment, plus one (1) additional week for each additional year of employment, employment to a maximum of eight (8) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice.

Advance Notice. ‌ The Employer will provide written notice and/or pay in lieu of notice to a regular employee who is to be laid off prior to the effective date of layoff according to one of the following provisions: (a) one week's weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after three consecutive months of employment; or; (b) two weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after 12 consecutive months of employment; or; (c) three weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after two three consecutive years of employment, plus one additional week for each year of employment, to a maximum of eight weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice.

Advance Notice. The Employer will shall provide written notice and/or pay in lieu of notice to a regular permanent employee who is to be laid off prior to the effective date of layoff layoff, according to one (1) of the following provisions: (a1) one One (1) week's notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after three (3) consecutive months of employment; employment or (b2) two (2) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after 12 twelve (12) consecutive months of employment; or (c3) three (3) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice after two three (3) consecutive years of employment, plus one (1) additional week for each additional year of employment, to a maximum of eight (8) weeks' notice and/or pay in lieu of notice.
