Advance Payment Required for Make-Ready Work. An advance payment for estimated Make-Ready Work is payable prior to the commencement of any actual Make-Ready Work. Upon completion of Make-Ready Work, Licensee will be billed for the difference between the actual Make-Ready Work less the advance payment. If there is a shortfall, the difference must be paid by Licensee prior to issuance of a License. If there is an overage, the difference must be refunded by WAA to Licensee within thirty (30) days of the date the Make Ready Work is completed.
