Advanced Process Support Operator. An employee at this level will have completed structured training including all ‘a’ level competencies and 9 appropriate ‘b’ level competencies or 7 appropriate ‘b’ competencies and 1 appropriate ‘c’ level competency, or will be assessed as possessing comparable additional knowledge and skill standards as ratified by the EPIC Industry Training Board and exercises judgement and skills to this level. Employees are to undertake training for the wider range of duties at this level. An employee at this level works without restriction across the whole production process, directly or indirectly involved in both production and/or maintenance, as an Operator or Trades Assistant at a sub-trade level, as required: ▪ applies OH&S practices and environmental protection procedures; ▪ works from complex written or verbal instructions and procedures and is capable of issuing verbal instructions; ▪ exercises discretion within his/her level of skills and training; ▪ works under routine supervision to the level of training or skills held either individually or in a team environment; ▪ is a member of a work group/team and understands operating guidelines of the team; ▪ participates in and contributes to work group/team decision making, problem solving and team operation; ▪ assists in the provision of on-the-job training; ▪ understands and undertakes basic quality control/assurance procedures and utilises basic statistical process control procedures including the ability to recognise/identify quality variations/deviations/faults; ▪ recognises when safety, quality or production problems arises and refers appropriately in own work area and is responsible for the quality of his/her own work; ▪ forward plans materials and equipment required for next job; ▪ has an understanding of routine and preventive maintenance procedures and applies them in his/her work; ▪ understands the enterprise’s production processes and products including awareness of relationships between different areas and the administrative and organisational procedures as they relate to the immediate work area; ▪ has an orientation to machinery and equipment and assists with make ready of basic machines; ▪ operates licensed (subject to holding the appropriate licence) and non-licensed materials handling equipment; ▪ has a basic knowledge of computer controlled system as it relates to his/her work; ▪ understands and applies existing work procedures and standard operating procedures applying in work area to his/her le...

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Dispute Resolution All or any disputes arising out or touching upon or in relation to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the interpretation and validity of the terms thereof and the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, shall be settled amicably by mutual discussion, failing which the same shall be settled through the adjudicating officer appointed under the Act.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

No purchaser of Securities from any Underwriter shall be deemed to be a successor by reason merely of such purchase.

  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect. Acceptance shall be when DXC deems the Products and/or Services to meet its specified criteria (“Acceptance”). DXC, at its option, and without prior notice to Supplier, shall have the right to set off or deduct from any Supplier’s invoice, any credits, refunds or claims of any kind due DXC.
