Advances on Notes. The obligation of a Purchaser to make any Loans pursuant to the applicable Note Commitment under this Supplement and the applicable Note Purchase Agreement is subject to the following further conditions precedent; provided, however, that the Deal Agent may waive in writing those conditions set forth in subdivisions (o), (r), (s), (v) and (w) of this Section 5.2:
