ADVERSE CRITICISM OF INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS. The Board agrees that the existing policy with respect to adverse criticism of instructional materials shall not be altered without first giving the Association thirty (30) calendar days notice of its intention and provide opportunity for representatives of the Association to meet with a committee of the Board to discuss the proposed change(s).
