Common use of ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION. A. Concessionaire shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Concession Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department. B. Concessionaire shall, in all promotion and advertisement of the Concession and/or any scheduled event(s) at or pertaining to the Concession Operation, include that the Area is administered by the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Parks and Forestry, State Park Service. C. Prior to the implementation of any and all promotion and advertisement of the Concession and/or any scheduled event(s) at or pertaining to the Concession Operation, Concessionaire shall submit, and obtain Department’s written approval of, all such promotion(s) and advertisement(s).
