Common use of ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION. A. Licensee shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Licensed Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department. B. Licensee shall, in all promotion and advertisement of the License Operation and/or any scheduled event(s) at or pertaining to the License Operation, include that the Area is administered by the State of New Jersey, Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Parks and Forestry, State Park Service. C. Prior to the implementation of any and all promotion and advertisement of the License Operation and/or any scheduled event(s) at or pertaining to the License Operation, Licensee shall submit, and obtain Department’s written approval of, all such promotion(s) and advertisement(s).
