ADVERTISING AND SALES PROMOTIONAL SERVICES. Under the general supervision of the Board of Directors of Company and subject to the direction, control and prior approval of the responsible officers of Company, Provider shall provide sales services, including sales aids, rate guides, sales brochures, solicitation materials and such other promotional materials, information, assistance and advice as shall assist the sales efforts of Company.
