Advertising Assignment of Lease. The Tenant will not print, publish, post, display, or broadcast any notice or advertisement with respect to the assignment of this Lease, the subletting or licensing of the Premises in whole or in part, or the sale of the business conducted thereon, nor permit any broker or other person to do any of the foregoing, without first getting the consent in writing of the Landlord.
