ADVERTISING PERIOD Sample Clauses

ADVERTISING PERIOD. The advertising period will start June 15, 2013, and continue to June 30, 2015. The advertising period may be extended for three additional years upon mutual agreement of the two parties.
ADVERTISING PERIODThe University and the Advertiser hereby agree that the Ad will be displayed from   to   (the “Term”). As the Fort Xxxxx Shuttle Bus is provided and operated by a third party, the bus to which the Advertisers ad is affixed may be out of service from time to time for reasons beyond the control of the University. At no time will the University be liable to the Advertiser for the commissioning of other busses during the Term.

  • Advertising Prohibition Provider is prohibited from using Student Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing or advertising efforts by a Provider; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to Client; or (d) use the Student Data for the development of commercial products or services, other than as necessary to provide the Service to Client.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the payment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Subscriber will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

  • Hire Period 8.1 Hire charges shall commence from the time the Equipment is collected by the Client from the Supplier’s premises and will continue until the return of the Equipment to the Supplier’s premises, or as specified in the specified Hire Period as follows: (a) Half Day – four (4) hours or overnight providing the Equipment is collected after 4pm and returned by 8.30am the following day with a maximum usage time of four (4) hours. (b) Daily – twenty four (24) hours with a maximum usage time of 8 hours. Should the current Weekly rate be lesser than the accumulated daily rate, then the Weekly hire rate will apply. (c) Weekly – shall mean five (5) consecutive days with a maximum usage time of fifty six (56) hours. (d) Monthly – shall mean one (1) calendar month with a maximum usage time of one hundred and eighty (180) hours. (e) Weekend – shall be as agreed with the Supplier, otherwise daily hire rates will apply. 8.2 If the Supplier agrees with the Client to deliver and/or collect the Equipment, hire charges shall commence from the time the Equipment leaves the Supplier’s premises and continue until the Client notifies the Supplier that the Equipment is available for collection, and/or until the expiry of the Minimum Hire Period, whichever last occurs. 8.3 The date upon which the Client advises of termination shall in all cases be treated as a full day’s hire. 8.4 Late return will incur a minimum of four (4) hour additional fee. 8.5 If the Client wishes to de-hire the Equipment at an earlier date than was originally agreed, then the Supplier reserves the right to charge the Client at the applicable rate for the actual Hire Period used and any long term discount previously applied will be void. 8.6 No allowance whatsoever can be made for time during which the Equipment is not in use for any reason, unless the Supplier confirms special prior arrangements in writing. In the event of Equipment breakdown provided the Client notifies the Supplier immediately, hiring charges will not be payable during the time the Equipment is not working, unless the condition is due to negligence or misuse on the part of or attributable to the Client.

  • ADVERTISING RESULTS The prior written approval of the Commissioner is required in order for results of the Bid to be used by the Contractor as part of any commercial advertising. The Contractor shall also obtain the prior written approval of the Commissioner relative to the Bid or Contract for press or other media releases.

  • Promotional Probationary Period For a permanent worker who changes job classification due to promotion (except as noted in Section 7.5), probation shall be for six months, unless the worker is released from the new job before this time. At the end of the second month on the new job, the worker shall receive a written evaluation of his/her performance and progress towards permanency. The worker retains permanent status in the District and is only probationary in the new job. If he/she is released from the new job during the six-month probationary period, the Director of Human Resources shall assign the worker to a position in the class in which he/she holds permanency. He/she will be reinstated as a permanent worker, and his/her seniority at the higher position shall be credited to his/her seniority in the lower class. Workers who successfully complete probation shall have their annual step date adjusted to reflect the six-month probationary period.

ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER.   • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.
