Advice of. the Safety and Health Committee, together with supporting suggestions, recommendations, and reasons, shall be submitted to the site Administration for consideration and for such action as may be considered consistent with the District’s responsibility to provide for the safety and health of its unit members during the hours of their employment and the mutual objective set forth in Article 15.1.
