Advisory Decision. ‌ 459 The Board of Trustees shall consider the advisory decision of the arbitration at its 460 next scheduled meeting. The Board of Trustees, at its option, shall accept, 461 modify, or reject the arbitrator’s decision. In the event the Board of Trustees 462 takes no action within ten (10) working days of the meeting, the decision of the 463 arbitrator shall be the decision of the Board.
