Common use of ADVOCATE Clause in Contracts

ADVOCATE. For purposes of representation and mutual administration of the contract, the Union will designate advocates from among its members employed by the Employers. The advocate position is the worker representative position responsible for handling grievances and disciplinary issues with the Employers.
