AEA President’s Salary Schedule and Compensation. A. The District shall pay the President’s salary and statutory driven costs. The Association shall reimburse the District the value of the cell at Column III/Step 1 of the Certificated Salary Schedule, including statutory or driven costs. The Association and the District shall equally share the cost of the President’s health benefits.
