Aesthetic and Landscape Concept Development. As a starting point, Indiana Department of Transportation (Department) and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) have developed aesthetic design guidelines with considerable input from local residents, community groups, local officials, and other groups regarding the East End Crossing aesthetic preferences to be incorporated into the final design of the East End Crossing. Developer shall use these aesthetic guidelines to develop an Aesthetics and Enhancement Implementation Plan which shall be submitted with the Stage 1 Design.
