Affect of Holidays. If an employee is scheduled or requested by the Hospital to work on any of the following holidays, he/she shall be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) for hours worked on such holidays. Holiday pay shall be paid for any employee checking into the facility between 10:53 pm on the night before the holiday to 10:52 pm on the day of the holiday.
