Affect of Holidays. If an employee is scheduled or requested by the Hospital to work on any of the following holidays, he/she shall be paid time and one-half (1-1/2) for hours worked on such holidays. Holiday pay shall be paid for any employee checking into the facility between 10:53 pm on the night before the holiday to 10:52 pm on the day of the holiday. New Years Day Labor Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day The Hospital schedules time off for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year Days on a rotating basis.
