Integration and Amendment This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between the parties and there are no oral or collateral agreements or understandings. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.

CONTRACTUAL PROVISIONS ATTACHMENT Important: This form contains mandatory contract provisions and must be attached to or incorporated in all copies of any contractual agreement. If it is attached to the vendor/contractor's standard contract form, then that form must be altered to contain the following provision: "The Provisions found in Contractual Provisions Attachment (Form DA-146a, Rev. 06-12), which is attached hereto, are hereby incorporated in this contract and made a part thereof." Entire Contract, Interpretation, and Amendments a) The Contract contains the entire agreement between the Owner and Program Administrator and between the Tenant and Program Administrator.
Certification and Licensure If the Appointing Authority decides to implement a new licensure and/or certification requirement, the Appointing Authority shall, upon request of the Union, meet and confer on the subject of reimbursement of necessary expenses involved in obtaining the licensure or certification for current employees in the job classification.
Indemnity for Personality Agreements Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers and employees, from and against all claims and suits for damages, injuries to persons (including death), property damages, losses, and expenses including court costs and attorney’s fees, arising out of, or resulting from, Vendor’s performance of this Agreement or sales made to TIPS Members under this agreement , including all such causes of action based upon common, constitutional, or statutory law, or based in whole or in part, upon allegations of negligent or intentional acts on the part of the Vendor, its officers, employees, agents, subcontractors, licensees, invitees, unless such claims are based in whole upon the negligent acts or omissions of the TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers, employees, or agents. If based in part upon the negligent acts or omissions of the TIPS, TIPS Member(s), officers, employees, or agents, Vendor shall be responsible for their proportional share of theclaim.
RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT a) The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive Bargaining Agent for all Production Coordinators, 1st Assistant Production Coordinators and 2nd Assistant Production Coordinators, Production Assistants (with the exception of Set and Location PA’s) and any other classifications that may be contained in Schedule A of this agreement.
Reproduction of Agreement Section A: REPRODUCTION OF AGREEMENT Paragraph 1: Copies of the negotiated agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board within thirty days after the negotiated agreement is signed and presented to all teachers now employed, and hereafter employed. The Board shall furnish a copy for each building and a copy for the Association office for its use.
Formation of Agreement A. No agreement between the Parties is formed until all applicable actions have been completed to the satisfaction of Valley Water. Valley Water Project Manager will not issue a Notice to Proceed until all required documents have been submitted and accepted by Valley Water.
