Common use of Affiliation Clause in Contracts

Affiliation. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Agreement or the Articles and Bylaws, in no event shall the Charter Board, at any time, include more than two directors, officers, employees, agents or other affiliates of any single non-profit organization or business entity, with the exception of the Charter School itself, regardless of whether said non- profit organization or business entity is affiliated or otherwise partnered with the Charter School.
