Common use of Affiliation Clause in Contracts

Affiliation. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Charter Contract, the Articles of Incorporation, if applicable, or the bylaws, in no event shall the Charter Board, at any time, include more than two directors, officers, employees, agents or other affiliates of any single entity, with the exception of the Charter School itself, regardless of whether said entity is affiliated or otherwise partnered with the Charter School.
