Common use of Affiliation Clause in Contracts

Affiliation. A company will be deemed to be "affiliated" with Zions Bancorp, Resulting Bank, or the Bank according to the definition of "Affiliate" set forth in Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Affiliation. A company will be deemed to be "“affiliated" ” with Zions Bancorp, Resulting Bank, the Corporation or the Bank its subsidiary banks according to the definition of "“Affiliate" ” set forth in Rule 12b-2 of the General Rules and Regulations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
