Special Projects The Trust may, from time to time, request that the Administrator perform additional tasks above and beyond the general scope of its responsibilities under Appendix B herein. The Trust hereby agrees to pay, or cause to be paid, to the Administrator special project fees as specific in Schedule 1 hereof.
TRANSACTIONS WITH OTHER INVESTMENT ADVISERS The Advisor is not an affiliated person of any investment adviser responsible for providing advice with respect to any other series of the Trust, or of any promoter, underwriter, officer, director, member of an advisory board or employee of any other series of the Trust. The Advisor shall not consult with the investment adviser of any other series of the Trust concerning transactions for the Fund or any other series of the Trust.
Loan Opportunities The Company on behalf of each Fund acknowledges and agrees that BTC shall have the right to decline to make any loans of Securities under any Securities Lending Agreement, to discontinue lending or to terminate any loans of Securities under any Securities Lending Agreement in its sole discretion. The Company on behalf of each Fund agrees that it shall have no claim against BTC based on, or relating to, loans made for other customers, or loan opportunities refused hereunder, whether or not BTC has made fewer or more loans for any other customer than for the Fund, and whether or not any loan for another customer, or the opportunity refused, could have resulted in loans made hereunder.
Business Travel, Lodging, etc Employer shall reimburse Executive for reasonable travel, lodging, meal and other reasonable expenses incurred by him/her in connection with his/her performance of services hereunder upon submission of evidence, satisfactory to Employer, of the incurrence and purpose of each such expense and otherwise in accordance with Employer’s business travel reimbursement policy applicable to its senior executives as in effect from time to time.
