FAIR HOUSING. The Property shall be offered, shown and made available for sale to all persons without discrimination due to race, color, religion, National origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, marital or familial status in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.

FAIR HOUSING. The Client understands that the Broker is committed to compliance with all fair housing laws and will present Properties to Client in full compliance with federal, state and local laws against discrimination involving any and all classes protected by said laws.
