FAIR HOUSING. The Property shall be offered, shown and made available for sale to all persons without discrimination due to race, color, religion, National origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, marital or familial status in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
FAIR HOUSING. As provided in Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act, Owner and/or Broker shall not deny or terminate tenancy to a blind, deaf, physically handicapped, or person of emotional needs because of the guide, signal, service, or emotional support animal of that person.
