Affordable Rents Sample Clauses

Affordable Rents. Affordable Rents for Affordable Units, including Utility Allowances, shall be based on the Los Angeles County Area Median Income published in Title 25, California Code of Regulations, Section 6932 by the California Department of Housing and Community Development, as may be amended from time to time. Affordable Rents may not be increased more frequently than annually to reflect increases in Area Median Income.

Affordable Rents. The rents for each residential rental housing unit by bedroom size published by LHC by parish location for each Qualified Project. Affordable Rents within each Eligible Parish will be based on the rent limitations at 24 CFR §92.252(a) under the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Affordable Rents will be posted on the LHC’s website each year and may be obtained from HUD’s website at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx/programs/home/home-rent-limits/ Application: The RRDP Application required to be submitted by an Eligible Applicant for a Take-out Commitment in connection with the RRDP Initiative.
