After February Sample Clauses
After February. 1st an employee shall normally give a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the posting of the schedule of his/her desire for vacation. Such requests may be on a first come first serve basis and will be signed back to the employee and as such the manager will note on the vacation request form whether the request has been approved or not approved within two (2) weeks of requests after March 1st. The guiding factors shall be the availability of qualified staff, seniority and family circumstances.
After February. 2002, the Holder shall have no right to purchase any Option Units hereunder.
