Common use of Age 65 and Beyond Clause in Contracts

Age 65 and Beyond. a. Employees who continue to be employed at 65 to 69 years of age shall be eligible for all the benefits in this Article except Life Insurances and Accidental Death Dismemberment (coverage reduced by 50%) and excluding Long Term Disability. b. Employees who continue to be employed at 70 years of age and beyond are not eligible for any of the benefits in this Article, unless the carrier elects to provide otherwise.
