Age and Health Requirements. Clients must be at least 18 years old to skydive. If under 18 years old, a written consent from a legal guardian is required. Clients must be in good physical and mental health. Skydive Mossel Bay may require a medical questionnaire or doctor's clearance before participation. Pregnant women and individuals with certain medical conditions are not permitted to skydive.

Age and Health Requirements. Minimum Age: A minimum age of 18 years applies to travellers on most tours. Please enquire at the time of booking. We have no upper age limit, although we remind you that our tours can be physically demanding, and passengers must ensure that they are suitably fit to allow full participation. At a minimum, travellers must be able to walk up several flights of stairs unaided. Medical: In travelling with us, you warrant that you are medically fit to do so, having considered the rigors of the tour you are to undertake. You should ensure you have all required documents before booking, and regularly monitor the latest health requirements and recommendations of your destination. We can provide details on mandatory health requirements; however, we are not medical experts. You are ultimately responsible for obtaining all proper and detailed medical and inoculation advice, and travel-related documentation required by state, federal or international authorities that allow entry or exit into their state, territory, return to your country of residence, or overseas travel from your country of residence to another country. Certain state, federal or international authorities require travellers be vaccinated against specific infection (including, but not limited to COVID-19) and / or diseases, as well as evolving responsibilities around PCR testing and isolation requirements. Travellers accept that medical services and / or administrative facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during the tour, however, should there be the need, we endeavour to assist to the best of our ability. Our group leader will carry a basic first aid kit, and travellers are advised to bring their own personal medications.

  • Health Requirements This is an active trip that requires you to make a realistic assessment of your health. To enjoy the trips as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. All Participants are expected to be in active good health, to be comfortable traveling as part of a group, and to be ready to experience cultural differences with grace. Air Journey will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that would prevent them from participating in active elements of any trip and/or could create a hazard to him or herself or to other members of the group. Air Journey may require guests to produce a doctor’s certificate certifying that they are fit to participate. Any physical condition requiring special attention, diet, or treatment should be reported in writing when the reservation is made. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Participants with special needs; however, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. . Walking and climbing stairs are required in many hotels and airports, and are part of many excursions. If you require a slower pace, extra assistance, or the use of a cane or walking stick, arrangements will be made for private touring at each destination, if necessary, at the discretion of our Journey staff. Any extra cost for such arrangements will be the responsibility of the Participant. If you would like to forego some of the scheduled sightseeing to rejuvenate and relax, please feel free to do so at any time. Acting reasonably, if Air Journey is unable to properly accommodate the need of the person(s) concerned or believes that health and safety may be compromised, Air Journey reserves the right to refuse participation. Air Journey also reserves the right to remove from the trip, at the participant’s own expense, anyone whose physical condition or conduct negatively impacts the enjoyment of the other guests or disrupts the tour. Malaria and other diseases may be present in some of the countries featured in this itinerary; proof of yellow fever inoculation may be required. For the latest recommendations on specific health precautions for the areas you will visit, consult your physician and the Centers for Disease Control. The participant represents that neither he nor she nor anyone traveling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour. Itinerary Changes The itinerary and Journey leaders are subject to modification and change by Air Journey. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the Journey as planned; however, should unforeseen world events and conditions require our itinerary to be altered, Air Journey reserves the right to do so for the safety and best interest of the group without prior notification or consultation. The operation of these flights is subject to the foreign governments involved granting landing rights for the flight. If the air carrier cannot obtain these rights for any particular flight leg of the Journey, that flight leg will be canceled and alternative arrangements may be made, at the discretion of Air Journey. Every effort will be made to operate tours as planned but alterations may occur after the final itinerary has been issued.

  • Federal Occupational Safety and Health Law Contractor represents and warrants that all articles and services shall meet or exceed the safety standards established and promulgated under the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended (29 U.S.C. Chapter 15).

  • SAFETY AND HEALTH 21.01 The Employer shall continue to enforce all reasonable provisions for the occupational safety and health of employees. The Employer will welcome suggestions on the subject from the Institute and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury or occupational illness.

  • Occupational Safety and Health Acts Contractor(s) who perform any work under this contract shall fully comply with the provisions of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and any amendments thereto and regulations pursuant to the act. Any Contractor who fails to do so may be terminated for cause as set forth below.

  • OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH A. Consultant will perform the Services in compliance with the most current versions of all laws, standards, rules, and regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and all state and federal laws and regulations relating to safety and health standards. Consultant shall perform the Services in compliance with, will furnish only supplies, articles, and equipment that comply with such laws, standards, and regulations.

  • Civil Rights Requirements The Recipient agrees that it must comply with applicable federal civil rights laws, regulations, and requirements, and follow applicable federal guidance, except as the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing. Therefore, unless a Recipient or a federal program, including the Indian Tribe Recipient or the Tribal Transit Program, is specifically exempted from a civil rights statute, FTA requires compliance with each civil rights statute, including compliance with equity in service requirements.
