Aged and Partially Incapacitated Employees. Aged or partially incapacitated employees who have given long and faithful service in the employ of the Company will be given preference for such light work as they are able to perform. Such employees will be paid the established rate for the job which they perform. If the assignment for such employees to lighter work will adversely affect the seniority status of any other employee in the seniority unit to which they are assigned, the assignment shall only be made after approval of the Local Union Committee.
