Agency Audit Reports. Promptly after Bxxxxxxx’s receipt, and anytime upon Bank’s request, all Agency audit reports, provided that with respect to Freddie Mac Mortgage Loans, the release of any such audit report to Bank is approved by Freddie Mac and Bank has agreed to any confidentiality requirements of Freddie Mac.
