Listing Broker definition

Listing Broker means the real estate broker who obtains a listing of real estate or of an interest in a residential cooperative housing corporation.
Listing Broker as used herein shall include all licensed sub-agents working for the Listing Broker.

Listing Broker means “the Individual Participant or Participant Firm who or which Files a Listing with the Service.”
