AGENCY STAFF DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES. The AGENCY agrees to develop and implement a staff development plan that includes staff development (inservice) activities that will occur throughout the year. Topics may include academic/career and technical/social skills “best practices” information for adjudicated juvenile offenders, motivating reluctant learners, and problem solving. For teachers to receive inservice credit, each AGENCY inservice activity must first be submitted for prior approval to the BOARD’s Director of Instructional Services.
