Agenda and Decisions. The Employer Co-Chairperson will function as the Panel Secretary. The Panel Secretary or designee will prepare and distribute the agenda at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled panel, prepare decisions for each meeting and keep the records of the Panel. The Panel Secretary will be assisted by a support employee to be provided by the Employer.
