Agenda/Scheduling/Compensation. Each party shall prepare and submit a written agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting. Meetings shall be scheduled during normal working time, and the Employer shall pay the Union representatives in attendance their normal rate of pay. Employees must receive advance approval to participate in and/or attend such meeting(s). Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied.
