AGENDAS AND MINUTES OF BOARD MEETINGS. The Board will provide the Union with three (3) copies of the minutes of the previous meeting and the agenda for the next meeting prior to the Friday before such meeting. Unless they involve confidential information, copies of enclosures added to such minutes or agenda shall also be provided to the Union.
