Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and Banc One Capital Markets, Inc., for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and Banc One Capital Markets, Inc. pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated October 21, 2002, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees.
