Common use of Agent and Arrangers Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arrangers. Neither the Co-Syndication Agents, the Joint Bookrunners, the Co-Documentation Agents nor any of the Arrangers shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such. Without limiting any other provision of this Article, neither the Co-Syndication Agents, the Joint Bookrunners, the Co-Documentation Agents nor any of the Arrangers in their respective capacities as such shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender (including any Swingline Lender or any Issuing Bank) or any other Person by reason of this Agreement or any other Loan Document.
