AGENT AND WORK ORDER BOOK. 4.1 The contractor shall himself engage an authorised all time agent on the work capable of managing and guiding the work and understanding the specifications and contract conditions. A qualified and experienced Engineer shall be provided by the contractor as his agent for technical matters. Site engineer can also be designated as an agent of the contractor. Agent will take orders as will be given by the Executive Engineer or his representative and shall be responsible for carrying them out.
