Common use of Agent for the Registrant Clause in Contracts

Agent for the Registrant. The Registrant acknowledges and agrees that the Administrative Contact is hereby irrevocably authorized by the Registrant to: 1. act as the Registrant’s agent in connection with the Registrant’s Domain Name Registrations; 2. be XXXX’x contact for the Registrant and the Domain Name Registration(s); and 3. is recognized by XXXX and hereby irrevocably authorized by the Registrant to take any and all actions in connection with the Domain Name Registration(s) including, without limitation, renewing, transferring, modifying, or deleting it. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any dispute between the Registrant and the Registrant’s Administrative Contact, the Registrant shall prevail.
