Agent of the Chargor. (a) A Receiver will be deemed to be the agent of the Chargor for all purposes and accordingly will be deemed to be in the same position as a Receiver duly appointed by a mortgagee under the Act. The Chargor alone is responsible for the contracts, engagements, acts, omissions, defaults and losses of a Receiver and for liabilities incurred by a Receiver.
Agent of the Chargor. Subject to clause 6.2 and the next sentence, every Receiver appointed under clause 5 will be taken to be the agent of the Chargor, and the Chargor will be responsible for the Receiver’s acts, defaults and remuneration. The Chargee may, by notice to the Receiver and the Chargor, require the Receiver to act as its agent.
Agent of the Chargor. Each Receiver is deemed to be the agent of the Chargor for all purposes and accordingly is deemed to be in the same position as a Receiver duly appointed by a mortgagee under the Law of Property Act 1925. The Chargor alone shall be rexxxxxxxxe for his contracts, engagements, acts, omissions, defaults and losses and for liabilities incurred by him and no Finance Party shall incur any liability (either to the Chargor or to any other person) by reason of the Agent making his appointment as a Receiver or for any other reason.
Agent of the Chargor. Any Receiver appointed by the Security Recipient under this Deed shall be the agent of the Chargor and the Chargor shall be solely responsible for the contracts, engagements, acts, omissions, defaults, losses and remuneration of that Receiver and for liabilities incurred by that Receiver. The agency of each Receiver shall continue until the Chargor goes into liquidation and after that the Receiver shall act as principal and shall not become the agent of the Security Recipient.

The agency of the Receiver shall continue until the Chargor shall go into liquidation and after that the Receiver shall act as principal and shall not become the agent of the Security Agent.

Any Receiver appointed by PGT under this deed shall be the agent of the Chargor and the Chargor shall be solely responsible for the contracts, engagements, acts, omissions, defaults, losses and remuneration of that Receiver and for liabilities incurred by that Receiver. The agency of each Receiver shall continue until the Chargor goes into liquidation and after that the Receiver shall act as principal and shall not become the agent of PGT.
Agent of the Chargor. Any Receiver appointed under this Debenture whether acting solely or jointly shall be deemed to be the agent of the Chargor and to be in the same position as a receiver appointed under the LPA and the Chargor shall be solely responsible for his acts, omissions, defaults, losses and misconduct and for his remuneration and the European Agent shall not be in any way liable or responsible either to the Chargor or to any other person for any Receiver.
