Common use of Agents, etc Clause in Contracts

Agents, etc. To retain and employ any and all such servants, agents, employees, attorneys, brokers, investment advisers, accountants, architects, engineers, builders, escrow agents, depositories, consultants, ancillary trustees, custodians, agents for collection, insurers, banks and officers, as they think best for the business of the Trust or any Fund, to supervise and direct the acts of any of the same, and to fix and pay their compensation and define their duties;
