Common use of AGENT’S ROLE Clause in Contracts

AGENT’S ROLE. 5.1 Concept shall act as an employment business (as defined in section 13(3) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973) when introducing or supplying the Freelancer for Assignments with its Clients. 5.2 Without being under any obligation to the Freelancer in this respect, Concept shall use reasonable endeavours to promote the Freelancer for Assignments in the Freelancer’s Field. 5.3 Concept is under no obligation to offer work to the Freelancer and the Freelancer is under no obligation to accept any work which may be offered by Concept. Neither party wishes to create or imply any mutuality of obligation between themselves either in the course of, or between, any performances of Services under the Specification.
